Great place and friendly

Did OK but made me feel that you were trying to oversell me on service offerings. I wanted a simple oil & filter change, I understand your reason to follow GM guidelines. I have two service recalls that have not been done and I was not made aware of them, and they have expired. I’m hopeful you can accommodate these two recalls.

Warranty covered defect identified quickly, had part on hand, and back on the road same day.

Everyone was on top of our vehicle as soon as we got it in there. Very comforting with the updates and quick responses.

Friendly, Courteous & Professional

It was friendly and fast.

Everything went so well - from first identifying the vehicle we wanted; reviewing the options; trading in our 2018 vehicle; financing; and even our Sales Representative giving us a tour of the vehicle once we made the purchase. There was no indication whatsoever of any high-pressure sales tactics. The Finance Manager spoke to us like we have been friends for years – even though we just met that day. We wish all dealers operated like University Auto Center. Being in a small town, you have to provide this level of customer service – word get around! Thank you all again!

Driving from Seattle to Spokane just after the pass, my car suddenly began running very rough and displayed multiple dashboard warnings. Unsure what to do, I searched for the nearest GMC dealer and found University Auto Center in Ellensburg. Although all service bays were full and their schedule was completely booked, the service manager took the time to help. While he couldn’t guarantee immediate repairs, he agreed to at least diagnose the issue and let me know what was going on—even mentioning that it might require an overnight stay. To my surprise, in less than an hour he came back with great news: not only had they diagnosed the problem, but they had already fixed it. I was back on the road in under two hours and able to make my appointment in Spokane as planned. I can’t say enough about how responsive, professional, and accommodating the team at University Auto Center was in handling my unexpected situation. They turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a smooth and positive experience. Thank you again for getting me safely back on the road!

After agreeing on the price things went smoothly. The salesman, however, failed to do a very good job of showing us the vehicle.

Always enjoy some giggles with Jeremy. This shop has always taken care of our appropriate needs. They are very trustworthy.

From the first time we went into University Auto Center (UAC), it’s always been a wonderful experience. From the first moment we stepped in, we were treated as if we were long-time customers. We recently had some insurance work done on our vehicle. Jeremy at the collision center provided exceptional service – what we’ve become accustomed to. One of the last tasks we needed to have done had to take place at the main dealership. Jeremy had called the main service department and had made arrangements for us to take our vehicle there. The next morning we called the service department at the main facility, and spoke to Rachel. We weren’t sure who we needed to contact at the main service department. After a frustrating first call, we ended up needing to call Jeremy to find out who would be able to help us. We found her to be presumptuous and dismissive throughout the time we worked with her. This seemed to be her modus operandi throughout our interactions with her. It is unfortunate, and this is the only variable that makes us score 4 out 5 stars. We do believe however that this is not indicative of, nor representative of UAC. Admittedly, we were hesitant to provide this feedback; however, we are certain that UAC would appreciate honest feedback. Again, UAC is a wonderful place to do business. At our places of employment, we cannot emphasize enough how much we appreciate you all. When we first set foot into the dealership, everyone – from the sales team, the finance office, and the management team – everyone carried through the central theme: “Our slogan is ‘Where a handshake still means something.’ When you shop with us, you're shopping with other members of your community who are dedicated to providing a customer service experience like never before. This dedication has led to us receiving the Best of Kittitas County award five years in a row.” We still have complete confidence in giving 100% of our business to UAC.

Very prompt day and a half and we got the truck. However keeping track of our previous service was not in our files. Otherwise good service. Rachel is great. She knows her stuff.
