I called a set up an appointment, clear on what was wrong. A seat belt part should have been ordered, waste of a trip and time off of work to drive to Ellensburg to not have a seat belt in a brand new car not work. A seat belt is a safety issue and if it already has failed it should be replaced as a safety concern. My child and car seat sits in that seat and would be catastrophic if it was to fail again because you guys couldn’t bother to replace

Did OK but made me feel that you were trying to oversell me on service offerings. I wanted a simple oil & filter change, I understand your reason to follow GM guidelines. I have two service recalls that have not been done and I was not made aware of them, and they have expired. I’m hopeful you can accommodate these two recalls.

Warranty covered defect identified quickly, had part on hand, and back on the road same day.

Everything went so well - from first identifying the vehicle we wanted; reviewing the options; trading in our 2018 vehicle; financing; and even our Sales Representative giving us a tour of the vehicle once we made the purchase. There was no indication whatsoever of any high-pressure sales tactics. The Finance Manager spoke to us like we have been friends for years – even though we just met that day. We wish all dealers operated like University Auto Center. Being in a small town, you have to provide this level of customer service – word get around! Thank you all again!
